I follow a proven launch schedule that consistently helps my clients sell quickly and at top market value. While it’s a system that works again and again, life sometimes happens; rain, scheduling conflicts, or unexpected hiccups. If adjustments are needed, we’ll adapt seamlessly to keep your home’s Listing Launch on track.

Whenever possible, I schedule professional photography and videography the Thursday before your home goes live on the market. If you’re still living in the home, especially with kids or pets, we may push those sessions to the weekend or even Monday, depending on the weather.

For photo and video day, only the primary suite closets need to be picture-perfect. Don’t stress if you still have “stuff” out the day before, secondary bedrooms or cabinets make great temporary hiding spots. Just remember: before launch, every closet and cabinet should be Listing Launch Ready so buyers see your home at its absolute best.
